What is the operator fee?

Operator fee is for the continued hosting of your faucet, instead of charging monthly fees we charge a operator fee.

What are your payment terms?

Once we have confirmed your details and coin information is accurate, we will confirm payment amount in your chosen payment method and provide wallet address to send payment to.
All payments are subject to no refunds.

Is the control panel included?

The faucet control panel is included as minimum.

How long does setup take?

Once payment confirmation has taken place it can take up to 24hrs to setup your faucet.

Why is my faucet disabled?

Your faucet could be disabled due to it having no funds for users to claim for a period of time, we will disable a faucet after 15 days of continuous faucet empty status.
We conduct audits on faucets regularly, After 30 days your faucet will be deleted and new listing fee will apply.

What is the Control Panel?

The control panel allows admins to create promotion codes and distribute through there normal channels so members can get bonus coins.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No! The beauty of our service is that you can cancel anytime you need to — no questions asked.

Do you provide SSL certificate?

All faucets hosted on TRBO Faucet Hosting will have a SSL certificate for the subdomain the faucet is hosted on e.g.

My faucet is disabled how do i reactivate it?

If your faucet is disabled and below 15 days you must send funds to the faucet and notify us once done.
After 15 days you must pay a fee to have it reactivated and send funds to the faucet.
